the tourist drivers ok to be expected... if you look close, some (most) have numbers..they are in town for http://www.scuderia-hanseat.de/en/ to get their Nat "A" license. They should be going much quicker and not blocking.. those are the ones getting the look

That's insane! If you have that much to spend on a class, why not drive like you stole it!?

I would be getting so pissed coming up on blockers over and over. Some day I would love to see that track. It's one of my favorites to drive in sims.

Do you have a build thread or more information about the car?

What do you want to know? It's one of 3 in our garage. sorry no build thread..as this forum is not really setup for that. Alot of the equipment is the same as car #324 that can be seen over at iwsti.. http://www.iwsti.com/forums/gd-membe...-new-pics.html

The day that you do make it over is the day YOU will become the blocker!

Really if you are driving as fast as you can on a track that takes years to get down.. you don't look back often.

Hence the colors you see on #324.. now that scares the **** out of people.

"The List" is pretty much what I was looking for. It's neat seeing what works well for people. Thanks for the link.

This is true! I was thinking more of a ride-along to get a full-on pants-wetting experience

power loss?? where does it look like there is power loss? maybe a warning on the track?

TMIC works great for the track.. I would advise anyone against running a FMIC if they are racing... and by racing I mean bumper to bumper.

This car is only making 340ish at the wheels.. No need for more lag and weight

it just sounded it revved slower on higher gears compared to the beginning of the session, but i might be wrong..please dont get me wrong, it is fast ! no doubt..

but you can still do an FMIC and get it within 100-200RPMs spool of the TMIC if you do some shortcuts, maybe relocate the battery in the trunk....

really not that bad for 3 full days of driving when you consider renting a car for an afternoon and getting in 8-10 laps is 400-500 euro

I might look into that for the next time I am over there

It's not all driving around .. you might get in 5 laps the first 2 days.. They do section training.

Your best bet.. if you have a race license is to find someone that is driving GLP/RCN and offer to pay their entry fees for shotgun... you will learn more in one race then you will in 3 days. ..and race fees are 200-400 euros.

I can hook you up if you get over. And promise to wash out the car

nah.. remember that your going downhill alot at the begining.

the small temp drop is not worth the extra radiator heat and damage chance. I have bounced off of one or two cars during GLP's.

Shoot me an email when you get over. I'll drive a GLP (13 round endurance) with you. Remember that we will need to get you a german race license... so as soon as you get here shoot me a email so we can get the process started.. Next year i will most likely not do anymore GLP's... Do to my fat ass I will have to pull the passenger seat out (plus i might switch to peugeot).

Start saving for a helmet.. must be SA2005 or SA2010 ...nothing else
I can get you a deal for one when the time comes
