Default What new under-hood Performance Parts would you like to see from COBB Tuning?

Now that COBB Tuning has nearly completed the relocation of our headquarters from Salt Lake City, UT to Austin, TX, we are beginning to ramp up our new hard-parts production facility. In an effort to better serve our customers and the Import Tuning and Performance community, we want to know what parts you would like to see from COBB Tuning. We are particularly interested in learning about "under-hood" products you would like to see, whether they be old products you want brought back or new products you've never seen from COBB Tuning.

Please complete this short and simple survey and send it to products@cobbtuning.com. Your input will directly impact what parts will be available from COBB Tuning in the coming months!

I have had an idea for a KILLER intake manifold design in my head for a long time now, but no resources or time to do it.

If you guys are interested we can talk about it in Chicago.

IF you guys could make a TMIC that will perform better than a STI TMIC for a good price i think alot of people would pick one up . 400$ for a good TMIC that would be good for around the 250-300whp range would be awesome . the spearco and turboXs i think is over kill for any small turbo application on a subaru .

My suggestions in BOLD .

I don't have many other suggestions because the market has some really solid choices in the other areas and you should stick to what you do best.

What are the top five products you are most interested in seeing COBB Tuning manufacture?
1. Turn in Concepts Intake Manifold idea... if it could be affordable (aka less than the cosworth)
2. Blow-thru adapter tube. like the one perrin makes except make it so it's actually tunable with the consistency of the stock draw-thru.
3. Mini battery as stated above.
4. Grounding kit... seems like there aren't any really popular ones out right now. with a good price and better install directions, quality, etc, i think you'd have a winner.
5. Alternator and radiator covers.
the biggest thing is going to be making all this stuff affordable appeal to the masses) especially with the way the economy is right now.

Regardless of the products that get made in the future, your history of bringing products to market on a timely fashion is dismal.

When another vendor announces a new product they are developing and testing, the running joke on this forum is to ask, "When is this product going to be available, 3 months, 6 months, or are you on Cobb time?"

Just be faster bringing items to market, and bring them in competitively priced (I'm not talking OBX Ebay pricing, but more affordable than Cosworth )
