Default 1997/98 JDM 5 Speed from a Legacy GT-B Turbo

Will this swap into a 2003 WRX with the appropriate front axles?

The front axles won't be an issue. They'll be the same as what you have now. It will be a 4 bolt bellhousing, which won't matter either. What will matter is that it's got a 4.44 rear end. You'll need to get the 4.44 rear end with it or source one from an auto tranny car like a Forester XT if you want it with LSD.
