Default Looking for some info

Before I consider going the aftermarket turbo route, I'm looking for some basic information regarding engine tuning for the fairly novice weekend mechanic. Although I am a fairly technical person, this is something I have little experience with. Might any of you suggest some basic resources on the internet or in print that might give me some of the background I would need to be comfortable with performing my own tuning with an engine management system.

Thanks in advance, and yes I did a search...

I had never done any ECU tuning before either, but tuning the Link Plus is a piece of cake. I just read through the manual to get a good understanding of how the system worked and then started playing around w/ it.
I can send you a PDM of the manual if you like.

Default Me too

I would appreciate it if you could send me that file as well, I am considering the Link and would like to look through the manual to get a feel for it.
