FD-7 your wagon is one of my faves but what's up with the front lip?

I would like to get the JNA wagon lip soon but I hesitate because half of them look floppy.

I'm sure it does. That front shot certainly helps it. Nice work getting that lip to fit. I wish my fogs were crystal clear like that....maybe they are, I don't take many pictures of my car haha

Same reason I've been hesitant on buying the JNA one. I wish the lip wouldn't "warp" during shipping like some members say

Would it be safer to order it in the winter??

...Only half joking.

V Closest thing I've got to a heat gun is my mother's hair dryer. Would that be hot enough if I get one and need to straighten it out?

I'm going to be picking up another jna lip. Those things are great, just play around with the mounting of it to reduce the warping.

I did it with 2 people and a couple locking pliers, and it came out perfectly straight.

The locking pliers should help with the straightening. Heating it up should also help too

Hahahaha

We lined up the lip on the right side, and put a locking plier in the front right. The lined up the left and put a plier on the front left. Put the first screw dead center of the lip, and then worked our way around the right side, then left side, moving the locking pliers along as we went. I think that's the best way to attack it. The locking pliers fit perfect on the lip and underside of the stock lip. Also - when we got to the corners, I was under the car adjusting the pliers, while my buddy was pulling the lip outwards. Heat gun probably would have helped a little bit there.
