SPT, Cobb or AEM CAI everything else is suspect and/or junk. Others seem to have flow issues

I have always had one, I just rarely open it because the latch is nearly broken. It's actually a really common problem with the Spec C latches
![]() I relocated it to the trunk - I have a hose running all the way back so I still have wiper fluid when it matters ![]() |

Looks like it's either polished or heat reflective tape was applied or are you talking about the notch that's in it?
If he is using a GR STi intercooler, they are somewhat larger than the previous models Sti timc. |

If I could find one I would go with the APS cai in a second. But they are out of business aren't they? All I can ever find is like a extension piece to make it go further into the wheel well...

In addition for some reason the Sti scoop works for the wagon. Idk it just works for me, I hate it on the sedan but the wagon it seems natural. |

Quick question. Off topic but I picked up a set of mint v7 projectors. Problem is that im missing a piece of the harness and what I do have was chopped into like 20 pieces. Any suggestions of where I could get the parts or how to go about getting them hooked up? I really need to get these in the bug eye. Thanks for any help offered!

I don't like it but it doesn't bother me because it does fit wagon lines better. I think its because the wagon looks longer and has the spoiler with a similar topline that reaches out like the scoop.
The sedan is less car and more stubby, which makes the large swoopy scoop stick out like a sore thumb. |

^^ I was going to say I usually am not a fan of the 04/05 scoops on our cars but on that white wagon it actually does not look half bad. I wasn't sure if it was because of the camera angles, or just the over all stance of the car and unique mods that made it look better but maybe you're right maybe it looks better on wagons then sedans. I had one on my old bugeye sedan and at first thought "hey this big scoop is bad ass" but quickly realized It looked a little bit funny.
By the way guys any one in need of a stock bugeye hood scoop I have one in MBP and one in liner black, also have a stock wrx splitter! lmk! |
