Trying to figure out the best splitter option for running a JDM hood scoop with a JDM STi V7 TMIC. I am thinking currently it's to modify an 04/05 WRX splitter, because there's no way in hell I'm dropping $150 bones on a JDM splitter.

Any input from others would be very helpful

Yeah, that's the plan, but what I need is advice on the right template from those with insight - hence the question. I can:

* Modify an 04/05 WRX splitter
* Modify an STi splitter
* Fabricate something custom based on dimensions of either (but I need a good template to start from to get dimensions right)

Dave, I have the exact same setup, and I ended up going with an APS splitter for about $90...it fits LIIIIKE A GLOVE. I should be back in cville over the weekend, so I might be able to drop by the meet and show you
