I think the delete looks great the way it is. It keeps the clean look of the car going.

thanks guys, and yes i'm painting the car soon, and all of my stuff will go to powder, my other subie was completley done in starlight purple.

Installed new RCE yellows. They were on the car for one day total at the time of the photos. Also went to try out my new 50mm F1.8 lens. I wish I had a CPL filter for this like my other lenses!

and i was really thinking it would just be a temporary piece when i did it but i'm liking the way it turned out and it was a hell of a lot cheaper than the JDM scoop i originally wanted lol

i didn't put it on the gram scale but it is extremely light weight, probably the best comparison without knowing values would be to say about the same weight as a plastic dinner plate

I used acrylic instead of lexan because although lexan is more impact resistant than acrylic, Acrylic has better resistance to scratches and gouges. i dont really expect anything to impact this delete, as the aero properties of the car carry airflow over the base of the hood itself and then don't impact the car again until around the windshield wipers.

Ha no way! did he snap a picture of my car?? yeah the JDM headlights and eyelids just went on actually along with the skid guard.
