Cured my leaky injector today!!!

So to celebrate I finished up putting everything back together.

Now I just need to fill it with fluids. Get my limp tune from my tuner, drive him about 2 hrs for my road tune then after a long 5 months of not having him I'll be back home
Then its on to getting some exterior problems sorted out

My vote goes to either Orange or Teal. Leaning more towards Teal.

I'm between these two, but I think I like the orange more.

I'm with Prue. A grey or even a graphite metallic would let those calipers POP!!

jnich69, I think if you remove the yellow lamix, it would look a lot better. Yellow just doesn't seem right. Maybe then either mesh fog covers or solid painted ones.... or chargespeed...

I think anything other than the yellow would look better oh, and maybe paint the center support behind the emblem black to not stand out?

Other than that... NICE car man I'm liking those buddy clubs.

Yeah, after I did the grey, I was swayed away from orange a bit. But Orange and Grey seem like my top choices.

I really like the lotus isotope green, but it's a bit too kenny blocky for me now that I think about it (too many "bro's" doing it).

I'm probably looking at the XXR 522 in 18x9.5 +38 for an affordable set of wheels for autocross. $540 shipped, same weight as rotas in that size, and a better offset than most other affordable 5x100 wheels (although +42 would be better).

Now... which orange, lol:

Porsche GT3 RS orange or Safety Orange:

Yeah the neon colors are a bit much and kind of kidish. Awful of flat brimmers would be swooning over you though.

Thanks man! The wheels are actually a set of 17X8.5 ssr type c's, no biggie though lol. The previous owner had a set of gold rpf1's on it so I think that's why the fogs have the yellow laminx on them. It bothered me at first and then kinda grew on me so I kept it. Since autoprue said something about fog covers I'm digging that idea now. Just have to find the money .

I hear ya. I can't scientifically prove it (yet)...

Seems deer really don't like the yellow light. The road I live on crosses a few giant fields. I work nights and see them on a regular basis. They'll stand in the road with that familiar look. Snap the fog lights on, and it's nothing but white tails off into the distance.

Maybe I'm full of S.... Idk, but, there seems to be a little "function" with the yellow fogs. That and inclement weather....

:-)

for reference. in all honesty though... if you're properly hydrated your piss shouldn't be yellow LOL. so is it safe to say that all fog lights are piss color? multi-coated would be the exception because it's multi colored. LOL

You guys are a riot! Hour left and its vacation for me!!! Thanks for helping me through the longest shift of the week! :-)

Gonna do some work on the old bugeye this coming week. Should be fun!

MAW TGV deletes, DW 750's, tune it after, maybe even finish rebuilding my vf39... Then retune for that! Who knows? :-)
