Because it emphasizes and enhances natural styling and lines of a vehicle. Whereas IMO, body kits generally greatly distract and disorganize the look of a vehicle.

No hard feelings, I just don't care for it.

I totally understand, I anticipated getting that, but all that matters is what I think and I like it. When I started this car I wasent gona put all this work into it and just repaint the stock parts so I changed them.

Sold the swapped GC.

One train ticket and 3 hours later, I was on my way back home from NJ with a 03 bugeye with 73k on miles and no mods ever done besides factory installed boost gauge.

Already ordered:
BC coilovers
JNA lip
Hella Horns and bracket

Also just left deposit on the group buy for Enkie's RPF-1 18x9.5 5x100

yes and no... insurance IS cheap... but if i wreck it, they wont fix it with all the sti stuff, they would only cover what came on the car from the factory.. so i only opted for liability only. i could however go through a company that will insure it for whatever i value the car at.. but thats $$$$$ ... so its good and bad, if i never wreck it, then i saved a buttload on insurance, if i do (heaven forbid), then im screwed,,,lol

Funny you mention,

This week a guy stopped me to tell me that my "exhaust looked loose"

Apparently ALL of my exhaust hangers broke leaving my Kakimoto GT1.0Z bouncing off the pavement

I MacGyver'ed me some ziptie exhaust hangers in a McDonald's parking lot

BTW was in Houston last weekend - saw a few nice cars but didn't see Pencils
