Guys with the Halo aftermarket headlights, Are there 2 seperate bulbs? And do the Low beams stay ON when you flash the highs? (so you don't blow your HID bulbs when u turn on and off your high beams)

they are actually surrounded by a cement wall with a metal garage door type of gate. the apartment is above the parking spaces and then the building was built next to a side of the wall of a big hill. so nobody can get into the place to steal stuff, flying debri can't get to the cars, it's on a hill so no flooding and since it's on the side of the hill the wind won't just blow through at 100 mph.. the wall will disrupt the winds from coming in so strong.

before when i left my car out with smaller typhoons it wasn't a big deal so it sat outside the whole time. this typhoon is monster size and the strength is pretty strong.
