Those running the s13/240sx fender flares...how much more room did these give you? 30mm? 35mm? 40mm?

depends which ones u get...im running the 240Z fenders...didnt actually measure the difference...but im getting more than they are designed to give cause i have to pinch them together a little bit so they match the wheel arch...

Some of the Flares have sizes, the ones I picked up were 60mm

Which FMIC did you use? What front mount do people recommend these days since it's getting harder to find a quality one?

Yes,

The red one I posted is mine, it's a Version 6 STi, 280hp at 1200kg of weight. It also has a 6 speed V7 trans, it's quicker than your average 02+ STi.
