Mostly the first reason you listed. Last time, my track temps were soaring, although the temp sensor was probably heat soaked from the unwrapped header. Even so, I was sure it was a good idea to keep the temps down for events in the future

haha no it wasn't. First lap of the day on this track and it was wet from rain. Made a mistake and came into the corner way too fast.

Track setup... 17x8.5 +40 Enkei RPF1's with 255/40/17 Nitto NT01's. Currently in the process of upgrading to 18x10 +35 Rota DPT and some 265/35/18 Toyo R888's. :-D

Yeah. I can induce mine pretty much on demand. All I have to do is load up 4th gear until I get *almost* to full boost (dumps a crap-ton of fuel into the exhaust) and let off the pedal. Sounds like a gunshot! Hahaha
