Default Wash/Wax interior detail + more

Today I did my first wax since I bought the car. Figured summers almost here, it was nice and cool out today, overcast, so I got on it. Washed first, detailed the tires/wheels/mud flaps/exhaust tips. Then waxed and buffed, by hand of course. Washed the windows outside. Then began the interior. Vacuumed, scrubbed all interior plastic, cleaned windows inside. I even pulled my plates and washed em in the sink. The only down side is finding all those nicks and scratches. 10k on the car and its peppered. Oh well, its just a car.

Pics!

Now my turn.. off to the shower.

VVVVV - nope....

Eh, fast enough. Can't keep up with the WRX on the straights, but after new intake, crank pulley, size up to 17" by 7" wheels, new performance tires, rallitek front and rear rallitek swaybars, rallitek endlinks, and a front strut brace, its on its way to being competitive. Yes, people who can't afford the WRX can modify their cars too.

Pics or it didn't happen.

I am keeping my ghetto lip on because otherwise my car will be super naked without it. I'm just waiting on a new one while this one is ghetto rigged on.

I found out my WRC style bumper is nearly ready to ship, just waiting on the cf lip to be finished. I am pumped to have a decent front bumper on the car soon!

Shouldn't be long now!

I've been hearing this odd clicking noise for a some time now, I suspected it was an endlink issue but hadn't bothered looking at it.

I just put my car up and found the source of it - someone (coughmecough) forgot to put a washer on the endlink and the rubber bushing had all but stretched it's way over the bolt that secures the endlink to the sway bar and fallen off.

You can see here -

What you SHOULD see there is the end of the bolt in the upper right of this picture -

Oops. I pulled the endlink off, secured a washer, replaced the sway bar and endlink. So my rear sway has basically been non-functional. Now that it's fixed suddenly my car feels like it should, nice and stuff, totally flat. I KNEW I had too much body roll .
