FS: (HOU) '98 Impreza OBS $500 or Trade?

White 1998 Subaru Impreza Outback Sport, 2.2L auto, ABS, Cruise, A/C. No rust but not pretty, pics shortly. Interior is swapped from a Legacy and needs some cleaning. Fresh oil change, fresh trans fluid/filter/gasket as part of diagnosing tranny issue, new wipers, new windshield.

Has Illinois plates and title, needs to be inspected and registered for TX. Will pass inspection after the drive cycle is completed (battery was disconnected)(just needed the windshield, which it now has).

$500 now that the torque converter is installed with fresh fluid + filter kit, gear oil from ProAm Automotive.

Tranny still being funky, but driveable.

"LENNYKIRK" has the tranny and torque converter, it was not really "for sale" just taking up space in his garage...I was supposed to get it from him a year ago to clear some space, just ran out of time. He's down in Pearland.

I do have a spare set of 15" steelies with good tires as well as another set of 15" alloys that I could work into the deal. The car currently has 14" alloys with good tires on it, but the OBS originally came with 15's.

I also have a Drawtite Class II hitch that will fit this car in my garage.

This week has been busy at work, I need to take some pics!

Wheels were on loan to another member here and the car got sold, somewhere someone has my wheels with 245/40-16 Hoosier A6 race tires on them
