Default motor swap help STI longblock into a Legacy

I dropped in a STI longblock with all stock LGT components on it but a vf 46 turbo. i Fired her up today and the motor is jumping side to side on low RPMs at about 2k it smooths out a bit but not great i am geting a misfire in 1 and #3 cylinders. I have new plugs and changed the coils and still the same thing. i pulled the injectors and they have fuel going to them. is this ting going into a safe mode and dropping 2 cylinders. i think i have a few hoses messed up or do i need a so tuning?

I have been looking it up for hours now and only can find sti wrx diagrams. going from front to the back of the inlet hose hose 1 is going to the purge valve witch T's off to (straight across the t to the vapor gas line, and the bottom of the T is going to a T on the back of the manifold to

(one hose comes off the manifold and other to the By-Pass/Blow-Off)

inlet hose 2 is going to the boost control solenoid

I need some good pics for this one.

What kind of ECU are you running? If you're running the stock ECU, swap it out, you're missing about .5L of displacement which is ruining timing and such.

UMMMM...

Yes, tune won't be optimum, but trust me, 2L's run JUST FINE on 2.5 ECU's. My mates brother's 250T (DOHC 2.5) is running a sohc 2L engine (me and said mate did the converion after it blew an HG), it's been mint for over a year now. All the ECU does is measure the air going in, and inject the appropriate amount of fuel, displacement means jack ***** to the ECU. The tune will be slightly out of course, but it'll still be totally runable. Only difference was we had to swap the red injectors off the 25 into the 20.

Do you know is the doner car and the current car have the same looms or not? Are the ECU's interchangable (same plugs) etc. Are they of similar years? My guess is def wiring, or maybe fueling (different injectors).

Also, do the US STi's have AVCS? What about the legacy's?

I never said it wouldn't run, it'd just wouldn't run well as we both agreed upon.

Displacement does matter, as it makes air intake a variable, and won't give the proper amount of fuel, as well as misc sensors that may not be on the same pin layout (knouck sensor for example, and EGR/emissions BS.)
