Default Help: Clamps for heat wrap

Hey guys, I just bought a roll of thermotec heat wrap to cover up the downpipe. I ordered stainless steel tie wraps to go with them but they don't tie down tight enough. Does anyone know where I can get some high temperature heat clamps that can be tightened with a ratchet?

It'll be great if there's a place in NYC, I've checked Autozone, Strauss, and they don't have it. Cant find anything on the internet either.

Looking for this with at least a 4" diameter:

Go to a pool supply or marine supply store. They have all the stainless goodies.

You think any stainless steel would do? Does it have to be "performance" or high heat tolerant?
