Default My Subi DEFINITELY saved my life. Rolled 4 times!!

Last wednesday i was driving to the lake for the holiday weekend when i had a blow out on the interstate going approx. 75 MPH. The witnesses who stopped said we flipped about 4 times. Me and my buddy who was in the passenger seat walked away with minor scratches and bruises. I cannot express how safe these vehicles are. Any orther vehicle would have crushed like a tin can. Id post pictures of the vehicle but im not quite sure how to do so. So if any one can tell me how ill put em up

A tire blowing out caused you to flip? How long had you been driving on the cords?

I bet you hit the brakes after your tire blew out.

Also, what proof do you have that every other car on the market would have crumpled like a tin can?

I had a blow out at 75mph in my 91 MR2 and I didn't flip. I pulled over to the side of the road and changed the tire.

If it hadn't been AWD you would've flipped 8 times, maybe more

Sniff, sniff, yup. Hot fresh BS.

Blow out at 90+, tire shredded, destroyed fender, drove into pits, replaced wheel, hammered fender, continued with track day.

You were either speeding, had tires in a dangerous condition, or both. And probably braked hard and steered into it too.

I was in a Ford Explorer (circa 1998) that flipped over 6-8 times, then flipped over the dividing barrier (PA turnpike), continued to flip, and then slammed into the cliff on the opposite side. Three of us existed the vehicle under our own power (or so I was told... I don't remember a damned bit of it).
