Default Napa / Altrom Main Bearing Sets

Hi,

I am rebuilding an ej25d and I am looking to replace the main bearings. My question is how are the Napa brand / Altrom bearings sets quality wise compared to the OEM bearing sets.

I was looking around and couldn't really find any answers. The price is considerably less than OEM which already has me a little worried about their quality.

Any input or another source I should try would be greatly appreciated.

I'd do OEM for something as important as bearings.

Try subaru-parts-dealer.com

Compare the NAPA cost to bearings from King and Clevite. Both have EJ25 spec bearings, both are big names in the business.

Default Altrom=OEM

Altrom is the OE Import supplier to Napa. If Altrom sells a part it's because it's OE on the car, not OE equilvalent!
