Default 08+ wrx turbo upgrades?

I have not done to much research yet. I hoping some others are in the same boat I am and have found out already. I was wondering what options there is for 08+ wrx owners as far as turbo upgrades go? Is there any previous generation sti turbos that could swapped in?

You can make alot of turbos fit. You have to cut the flange off your stock turbo and weld it to the new one you want to run....just like Ultimate Racing does.

Or you can swap over to an Sti intake manifold etc etc.

AVO. Bolt right up, expensive but worth it.

Convert to FMIC and anything works. The Ultimate racing mod is also an option.

if you have an 08 get an 09 turbo. the VF52 is on par with the biggest most flowing best turbos subi ever uses. if you have an 09 turbo trying to put anything else from subi on will be a waste of time and money! if you go aftermarket a few will fit the stock top mount like said, but the turbos from Bloush like the 2.5 xtr and 3.0 xtr with FMIC are your best upgrades IMO!

What are your goals.

if you just looking for 300 whp 300+ WTQ just get a vf52 from an 09. It bolts right up.
