But to be perfectly honest, with a family vacation planned in Sept to the Outer Banks, I have to admit, if those projections are even remotely close to being true, Im somewhat concerned.

So BP pretty much ****ed every beach along the East coast?



I wonder what will happen to the company, probably nothing in terms of punishment. At least nothing that would merit what they have done.

They're already being punished. The legal requirements for cleaning spills was something ridiculously low, they've paid more than 10 times it so far. They are going to be punished for this even more than they currently have.

Tell me about it. We are going to Nassau at the end of July, and it looks to be in that area by then according to those.

I'm pretty ****ing pissed. That oil slick may have ruined my vacation already.
