Default Where is the horn relay?

My horns haven't been working for several months now. I finally got around to checking things out last week. I found that I have no voltage at the horns, but the fuse is good. According to the Haynes manual, the relay is under the dash somewhere near the fuse box. However, I have not been able to find it yet. Anyone know exactly where to look? Or what color wires I'm looking for?

I was under the impression that there is in fact no relay for the wimpy little BD/BK horns used in 1995-99 Legacys. But apparently I am mistaken.

Can you confirm that the hot button actually still works ?

Also with a test lead can you confirm that the your existing horn still makes some sort of sound when it does receive 12 volts ?
