Default Is this a good exhaust?

Guy is selling it on cl for $100. He said it's off an 07 sti, but can't remember what kind it is.

look at the plumbing, that is waay overkill for your 2.5i. Try to keep it at 2.25 inch & 2.5 at the very most.

I don't know what size the cat-back is. I will find that out when I go look at it

x2 and if it is a spt cbe, its 3inch all the way and for a SPT cbe thats a good deal!

Why is it bad for an N/A to run 3" cat back exhaust? I'm not changing the headers or the cat, so I'm not losing back pressure pre-cat. If anything, I would be freeing up restrictions post-cat.

I think it's funny that, so far, I'm the only person with a N/A car to post in this thread

All that I originally wanted was an axleback, but if I could get a good catback, then I'm all for it

I have a 2.5i and bought a Tsudo N1 which in a 3" cat back and I havent really noticed any real losses in the low end torque

Edit: I was surprised how heavy and restrictive the stock exhaust was

So I picked up the exhaust today. It is a Bosal exhaust. Considering they are going for $545.88 on ebay, I might en up keeping it. If anything, I can always take it off and sell it.
