Default clutch pedal help

I've been having a somewhat intermittent problem where my clutch pedal doesn't fully come back up after I take my foot off. It always comes back beyond the friction point, but half the time it doesn't pop up the rest of the way. At first I thought clutch cable, but I'm pretty sure 03 WRX has a hydraulic clutch and I don't believe that I have any leaks. Is it something silly like I just need to adjust my clutch pedal or something? thanks!

Do you have air in the line?
You might want to try bleeding the system.
Maybe you have an air pocket.
When we swapped my tranny & instaled a SS clutch line I ran across that issue.

I had the same problem with my 02. Try bleeding the system. Not hard to do all U need is a cresent wrench, bottle of brake fluid, and about 3 feet of clear tubing.

yea i think you guys are right. I've noticed though that since the weather has warmed up the problem has gone away. I'm prob gonna try to bleed it anyway just to be safe.
