Default diy spring instal?

i searched but im obviously a terrible searcher i cant find a diy for putting lowering springs on the 2009 impreza hatch backs does anybody know where i could find one?

any help is appriciated thanks

i found that video and favorited it earlier thank you for the help i wasnt really aware there was a suspension thread
