Default Opine on a steering wheel

'98 Legacy wagon GT. I have determined that the clocking spring is shot, as my airbag light is on, and the horn and cruise don't work. So I obviously need to dig into the steering wheel to fix this. Now, the airbag cover is also starting to crack open at the seam. Personally, I could give a rat's behind about an airbag in my face. So, I'm considering replacing the steering wheel with something... nicer. Anyone have any experience with a steering wheel that is nicer? I'm not going for a ghetto fabulous ricer look here. I want to keep the niceness that is the Legacy. I rather liked the Momo that was stock in my JDM '91 Legacy GT when I was in Japan. Wouldn't mind a wheel like that again I suppose, but open to ideas on what is out there. And yes, I do want to be able to use my cruise.

Thoughts?

You might be able to relocate cruise control. Onto the steering colum say.

Cause if you want to go with momo, very few if any have cruise control in em.

Anyone have any personal experience with an aftermarket steering wheel?
