Default 2011 Subaru Impreza WRX STi 4 Door Sedan in PDX Area (Lots of pictures)

Someone who delivers the marketing cars for Subaru here in portland came to my work with this 2011 STi. It was on its way to a photoshoot for the broucure. It's REALLY purple. I thought that it was just the lighting in the New York Autoshow pictures, but I WAS WRONG.

There are 20 more of these pictures on my blog at http://subarushawn.wordpress.com/

I have been at that dealership for 1 year (just had my aniverserarium) so he works across the street from me. There is an unspoken rule that we don't cross the street

Sections of the car look good separately but when they're all put together it just doesn't do it for me. I do like the color though, reminds me of my old GC8 in Blue Ridge Pearl

Like the wide body kit on it. The wing looks TERRIBLE though lol. These would look really clean wingless.

Thanks for sharing Shawn!

^^ Chris, I couldn't agree more, but I'm worried that the trunk is too short to pull off wingless. In general I don't really like it, but then I've always been a hatch/wagon kinda guy.

Nice work Shawn. Do you have a full shot of the rear bumper?

I mean, I guess its looks better than I thought it would. Still looks like a KIA. Wow the rear bumper/exhaust setup SCREAMS E60 M5...

Nope. It had dealer plates on it, and the driver asked me to keep them out of my pictures, so I only shot HALF of the bumper.

Hmm, funny i thought I liked it and was stoked they finally brought back the sedan STi, but now that I see real world photo's (Thanks Shawn) I am not diggin it at all. The trunk has disappeared and looks like a sub-compact now. Damnit, I wanted to like it.

Maybe the camera doesn't do it justice I will just have to see it in person I suppose.

I like it. Not as much as my funky little bugeye, but I think that once we see some modded 2011's people will like them more.
