Question Sheet metal cutting questions

ok I was using a Rodman nibbler on 16 gauge steel. It failed to work. Snapped the head right off, even though it said it can do it. What would you guys recomend to cut this?

Thanx

maybe a cut off wheel, or a band saw? Are you making straight cuts, or are there contours?

^ That's what I found out. Said it can handle 16 gauge. 3 bites in and crunch.
