At the Track 'WCRA RallyX 3' in Hope, BC -Sat. June.19

Hi guys, just wanted to let everyone know about a Rally-x Next Saturday June 19th. It was recently posted up on http://www.rallybc.com/

There have been 2 other rally-x's in Hope and the most recent one looks like they opened the course up a bit to get some speed and longer runs. I saw some baseball sized rocks in the dirt so lowered or new cars might want to shy away, but for those of us with multiple cars this is a good chance to try something different.

I missed the last two but I am hoping to go to this one. Tell your friends and help support BC motorsports!

I am not affiliated with the event or organizers in any way, so all questions and suggestions would be better directed to them directly.

RS on stock suspension FTW Course looks short enough that the turbo cars don't get an advantage either.

Fastest average in the afternoon race. The morning was won by Jim Shepard's Celica rally car I believe.

You managed a single fast run of 31.61 I had 31.63, 31.64 and two in the 32 range....consistency FTW!

30 second runs??

I guess it's better than running the 100m.

I had the fastest averaged morning time, according to the organizers. A couple of the AWD cars had better single run times.

I had to let you slower Subaru guys have some some fun without getting spanked by a 2WD Toyota,

That course is perfect for the Celica - having a 8400 rpm red line means I don't have to shift into second gear anywhere on the course.

to bad i was working... i spotted your celica outside my work yesterday though... The event was done pretty quick i guess since i am in coquitlam.

the 30 second runs was really my only issue with these events. it's a fair chunk of change to go rip around in a parking lot for 4 minutes... With that in mind though, i will probably be making it to the next one.

The morning was yours, the afternoon was mine

I stayed in first gear in the Subaru as well, but redline is closer to 6000 Although my gear ratio is 3.90

Had to go to KMS tools - needed a tarp for the next rally race and decided to pick it up sooner rather than forget it later

Woot!

These were the slower runs in the morning. In the afternoon we went the other way around the sweeper in the grass area, and I was almost 2 seconds faster!

ya, and carlie didn't get any of my fast runs on camera either...

this is the best one she got, and i'm pretty sure it was a 34... understeer sucks.

i also think next time to make the runs slightly longer we should go around the first turn the other way (instead of going to finish) and then go around the big hole the opposite way again, then to finish....

would be moar fun too i think.
