Exclamation Got the car back from the shop, and I need advice.

Just got my car back, without paint, and without new bumper.

Got a new hood, left fender, radiator, and AC condesor, headlamps, grille. Now paint at all.

I rear ended someone 3 weeks ago.

Why do i have the car back? I need it, i have a trip out of town, and i need the car, the rest of the work will be finished once i return.

Problem: the power steering seems awfully hard. I mean, i can move the steering wheel around, but it takes more effort than when i put that car into the shop. They replaced a shredding belt, and it's the one that runs the power steering. Could it have been tighted too tight or too loose? I'm not sure what it's like. It has some play, but seems tight i guess, not sure.

My left fog light and left turn signal doesn't work. Noticed some masking tape around a part of it, may have been cut.

These guys have done excellent body work for us and paint before, but i've never seen such a change in the car steering before. It must be the belt. I'm not going to drop it off tomorrow, however, can some one give me some opinions on what I can do with the belt. I there a way to adjust the tention? the car drives different because of this also. acelleratoin seems quick and tight, but also likes it's not as smooth as it could be/was.

They will fix everything in the end, i know that, but for right now, i'd like some help, please.

thank you so much!

If they took your blinker out to paint, they probably just forgot to plug the wires together when they put it in for you to drive when you needed it.
