Autoglym HD - my new favorite wax

Been dying to try this stuff out and finally got an opportunity today. This stuff is great!

Decided against polishing. After IPA wipedown, I had some noticeable swirling but not enough to make me want to do a full correction sooooo.....

Was contemplating washing with Dawn but in the end, I just decided to use IPA

Chemical guys in the foam cannon and surf city in the bucket.

Wanted to remove everything so I decided to go ahead and clay and follow it up with a 70% IPA wipe down.

Threw a quick coat of FMJ using the Flex

Decided to apply the Autoglym by hand since it was my first time using, I wanted to get my hands dirty

Didn't really have time for pictures except for a few, but I am really impressed with this wax.

Looks great! Did you top it with a sealant glaze after applying the wax?

Did you mean did I use a sealant before wax?

I'm actually going to be stripping the autoglym in a few weeks to do a full correction. I'm eager to try out black fire wet diamond next

I did use a coat of menzerna fmj before waxing though...this is an excellent product that apparently is discontinued :/

Mind if I chime in with my results?

These are all standard wash/clay/wax jobs.

While I like the initial results, I have not seen the longevity I would like. Glad you like the wax though. Keep us updated once you have done a full correction, and get to test it more.

Eh sucks to hear that. Unfortunately I will be stripping it soon so I won't have an opportunity to see how long it lasts

I am just at a stage where I want to branch out and try a bunch of new products now, since I am finally beginning to feel comfortable with my methodology and technique. It's really a curse of mine that I feel I will never be satisfied with any one product (except for gloss-it detail spray).
