None I agree I would never mod a NEW under warranty car period hardware or esp software wise. I would never put cams in a N/A DD Subaru I would never have a loud exhaust period. My UEL setup is muffled by a 40" glass pack and two Thrush Power Flow chambered silenced mufflers. This is an attempt to emulate a stock LGT with a SPT ver 2 exhaust. I am as far away from loud and obnoxious as one can be but I have a nice rumble.

did you use the flat adapter plate that came with your CBE? I have a WRX CBE not on my car but I have one in the garage it wont mate flush b/c the stock connections uses a donut gasket you have to use that plate in place of donut and buy a gasket.

you know what, that could be it, haha, can you pick them up at autozone or something? I didnt get a flat adapter plate with mine just the two gaskets for the axle backs

Thanks for all the replys. As I was weeding through them, I noticed several references to suspension upgrades over performance upgrades. Are we talking swapping STI suspension parts in, or are there good aftermarket accessories for this?

This is getting into Brakes, Steering, and Suspension jurisdiction, but you can go for a mixture of STI parts and aftermarket. For example, stock STI springs and Tokico D-Spec adjustable dampers.
