Default Need Advice!

I am detailing a truck and it has business decals on it.(There plastic stickers). how can i clean them? Is there something i can clean them with or is car soap fine? Thanks for the help

....car wash soap should be fine. Harsh chemicalscleaners would be another story and you would need to tread lightly.

yea i think using chemicals may take the stickers off which wouldnt be good

....well, possibly but i would be more concerned with staining or fading. Recently, I used my water spot remover (which is acidic) on my hood to fender stripes on my R/T with good results. It's just one of those things that you need to be carefull with though. Car wash soaps are typically quite mild since they are usually designed to try to preserve the wax/sealant on the finish.

yes you are right. i will just stick to the wash/wax and make sure i get around all the decal. thanks for your help
