Angry need help wrx wont start

On june 6 I had the aps cobb club spec kit instaled at pruven performance in ct. On june 7 and every day after that the car wont start. It cranks but wont start. to get the car to start I have to disconnect the unichip and boost and waterspray controls.
Then the car will start for about a day. Any help on what to do at this point would be appreciated.

I totally don't know what the problem is but check for blown fuses or relays. A member of this board blew out the fuse for his ECU after installing "something" and the car wouldn't start. Perhaps this is a push in the right direction...

Try defining "won't start" a bit better. When you put the key on accessory does normal stuff happen? Will it crank over? Does it continually crank over without catching? Does it sound like it's trying to catch? Do the parking lights work with the car off? Answering some of these will help us help you find out if it's a simple electrical glitch, etc..

Didn't Pruven have anything to say about this? I would talk to them.

The car does everything normal except start.it will continually crank. The parking lights do work with the car off. Cobb has told me they will try to get a new unichip for me. But that was a week ago and still no unichip. I hope they do something soon. I am starting to get pissed off. I dont want to go back to Pruven with out a new unichip. pruven is 165mi. away from me. Thanks for the input so far everyone.

Can you here the fuel pump prime when you turn the key to "on", before you move it to "start"?

Check that. I assume it does work, since it will work with the chip out and the car runs. If I were you I would just run w/o the uni-chip for now, until you here more from Cobb. I don't think you'll do any damage, but I'm not too familiar with the "Cobb Spec" kits.

Are you sure Proven doesn't stock any chips on hand just in case?

Also,
You can get help pretty quick if you go to the www.cobbtuning.com page. They have a WRX forum there. Amybe you can ask if it is safe to run w/o the unichip there, and at least drive the car w/o worry.

Well, I always listen for the pump to finish priming before I even turn the car to start. That way you don't having any excess cranking.

Funny you say "I hear stuff". I have to call Exeter again and bring the car in. I think I have the dreaded "timing belt tensioner" issue again on this car, or something worse, but I doubt the worse part.

To be honest, I think my hearing is more sensitive than most, because of my poor eye sight (blind on one eye).
