please advise re steel scrubbed scratches

i parked my car next to the company vehicles and one of the guys was washing the company vehicles. My car was dusty and out of good intentions he started to wash my car while i was inside. I came out to find him using a stainless steel scrubber on my car

i puked a little in the back of my mouth and immediately told him to stop.

need less to say i now have a major problem. I had buffer marks before but this is buffer mark 100x.

Is there anything i can do to get rid of this ****?
