Default ? About the latest version of RomRaider

Ok, i"ll most likely get flamed for this but i got to ask for a clarification on something, I haven't updated my RomRaider in a while mainly because i was under the impression that if i updated it i would need to buy the newer 2.0 tactrix cable, the ? is , is this true or can i continue to use the older cable with the newest version of RomRaider?

I don't think so. As long as you have the right drivers for your cable it should work. Newer versions of Romraider added support for openport 2.0.

You should be fine. If you're worried, just keep your old install file and downgrade if you have a problem with the new version.

Ya mon, you'll be fine I'm sure. As long as you have the drivers to make your tactrix cable show up as a com port on your computer it should work with Romraider. I just started using a vag-com cable last week with romraider 0.5.2 and it works fine.
