I saw the bacon vodka a while back. They were doing something like that in the O/T forum. The great thing about alcohol is that it can be infused with many flavors.
Last week I had Acai flavored Tequila. Man, that stuff was like a ninja. I never saw it coming, and the next thing I knew, I was on the floor.
