Does anyone know a good way to cross reference a JDM Subaru part number?
I have a JDM DOHC EJ25. I want to change the timing belt before I put it in my kit car. The belt part number (right off the part) is 13028AA220. However, when I search for that number, it doesn't show up. The dealer couldn't help me much either, since I don't know the actual year or vehicle from which the motor came. It is a DOHC EJ25, with the variable valve cam-sprockets (the ones that are continuously variable, not the dual cam lobes. I think it's called AVCS). Any thoughts? Typically the belts are about $80-100, so I'm hesitant to just buy one and try it... I was hoping there was someone here with a good parts source or connection... Thanks! Simon
