Default Does a Keyhole Cover Protector exist?

In my apartment building some crackheads have been getting into our secure underground and punching in everyones locks and stealing all there change. I've just been leaving my doors open with my change on the seat and nothing else in the car with a note that says "door open, dont punch in my lock heres my change take what you want". Clearly i dont feel safe doing this, but id rather that then have my lock punched in.

Does anyone know of a Keyhole cover of sorts that would prevent someone from punching in a lock? I know its fairly far fetched, and they could probably just pop the cover off, but open to suggestions here.

I just leave my window open. Save the hassle of a smashed window or punched lock or pried anything. I don't leave anything of value in my car overnight. I have a small bag that has all the things I would use in the car that I just bring up with me at night. A little inconvenient but saves me a big hassle.

If you are an owner talk to your strata about better security for the parking garage as well. The big problem I find is people who run the gates (open, drive through and continue before they close) allowing crack nuggets to get in.

what you need is an album cover

I've spent five years of my life trying to invent one, and failing to do so is my greatest regret

**** key covers. just buy two rear door handles the same colour as your car from a wrecker and put them in the front doors. no keyholes. should bolt in perfectly. problem solved. you have power locks obviously right?

another option is to just put your empty coin box on your seat. i do that when parking in ****ty areas.
