Default Lexus is250

This weekends details was an 09 AWD Lexus is250. Decent little luxury car. First experience with paddle shifters as a driver, but I prefer my friends R35 a bit more...

Anyhow, onto the detail... Car owner is a fairly meticulous person when it comes to her car, so I was a little nervous for how neat she would want it to be when she got it back. The exterior was dirtier than it normally was due to the rain and what not in the last week. The interior was fairly clean considering it's hauled 2 dogs 1,000 miles in the last week, this allowed me to return the car with no spots of any sand dust or anything on any carpeted surface or leather... while not spending 8 hours to do it.

Enough blabbing.

Whole album: http://img834.imageshack.us/gal.php?g=1011352.jpg

(Two bucket method was used, bucket with pseudo grit guard not seen in pictures)

Starting car

Bleche's doing work.

Before opening

After doing the top of the trunk. I wasn't sure if the paint was even needing clayed yet, but after doing the trunk, I knew it was time to do the whole thing.

Clean!

Favorite angle of the car.

Total detail time, interior and exterior, 8.5 hours.

Thanks for viewing! Comments welcome

Nope, just let her dig with clay bar and screw protecting it!

haha, used meguire's paste wax, and let it sit for a good healthy time before removing.
