Default Clockspring problem DCCD light on with the green flashing light

I have a Impreza RS 2005 fully STI build, engine, trans, brembo, ecu, harness every thing, right now i have my DCCD light on and the flashing green square on, i was thinking maybe my clockspring is all wrong because the change of the steering wheel, when I dissasemble al the steering wheel found that the yellow plug of the clockspring was disconected, but never find any matching pair for it below the dash, there was only one yellow plug below the dash but only of two holes(2 wires) and the clockspring plug 4 wires, I take pictures of both plugs, I dont know if there something wrong in this if some one can help me resolving this

clockspring plug

the only free plug below dash
