Default need 97-97 lgt, otbk sport rear disk drum swap advice

I have a 97 outback sport that needs new drum pads, and a 97 lgt that is for parts that has disk brakes and newer pads. Would I have everything i need to just swap them? Just eyeing them it looks rather simple to swap them out.

The rear drum to disc swap is common on Fox Mustangs but usually includes having to adjust brake bias. Maybe you can use the proportioning valve from the donor, but I have no idea.
