If you just picked up a new subaru , either R.S. or T.S. or WRX and had 700 bucks, what mods would you go out and get right away?

Hmmmm.. Probably new tires. That is if you don't plan on buying new wheels and tires real soon. If you are, then get a rear sway bar, links,intake, and maybe a short shifter and some tinted windows.

Definitely new tires! Seriously, I wish had gotten real tires sooner than I did... they really do make a world of difference!

I ordered my wrx last week and i just spent about 500$$- the car won't be here till june. I bought the oem gauge housing and 3 HKS gauges.

tires?- Na, wear out the stock tires then buy new tires.

If i had it all to do over again(and who says i don't) start from the ground up. Tires, suspention and so on.

But to answer your ? Go for the tires, that will leave you with enough for about 2 struts or 2 springs.

Either A) buy gifts for significant other, so as to reduce future spending issues
OR B) Save up 1300.00 more and get the DMS Gold coil-overs. In two months, when your stock tires are bald, then buy new tires...

Rear Sway bar ($100)
Short shifter ($100)

New TS:
Springs- or whatever to fix the ride and make it like the RS ($200?)

Cut up the credit card and buy your stuff with real money when you have it. That 700$ will cost you (roughly) 1000$ in bills over the course of 2 years when you pay it off. Buy your parts one at a time and make calculated decisions. It sucks but you'll save in the end.
