I registered, we'll see what info shows up in my email.

As for this guy, by looking at his eyes, it's not what he rode in that made him smile, more like what he smoked.

Looks too good and I bet it costs at least $1000 per day. Very cool though.

I'm willing to bet that this school will not be affordable to most of us.

We're planning to head up to Dirtfish for a media day before the official opening. We'll be reporting with pics, video, and a full review. Check into WorldofSubaru.com for updates.

This is my personal name, if I'd made a DirtFish name I'd be banned for not being a sponsor.

Got a response in regards to pricing:

Quote:
Thanks for your request for more information about what we think is the most exciting thing to happen to rally driving in a long time.

Introductory pricing is $895 for a one-day school (reg $1,150) and $2,795 for the three day program (reg $3,250).

As you've probably already noticed, we've changed our name to DirtFish Rally School. Why? Because we want to make sure we stand out from the crowd. And, our facility, our cars, our instructors, and the experience we're going to provide is so cool that fish will be jumping out of water to get here!

Our official opening date for our courses is late summer. The exact date will be announced in the next few weeks. We have a lot of work ahead of us over the next couple of months to make sure our facility is perfectly prepared, and that will determine the date of our official opening. Stay tuned.

Between now and the official opening we'll be running some cars on our site, testing our courses, preparing our stage roads, giving our instructors lots of practice... and maybe even having some fun. A lot! By the time we open the doors to you and everyone else, we want to make sure we're running like a well-oiled machine. We plan for DirtFish Rally School to set a new standard, for everything from how you register for a program to the actual driving experience.
Expensive, for sure. But something I'm hoping to squeeze in next summer or spring.

response to my email

Jason,

We are working on that right now with Rally America (now RallyCar) and we will be able to make that happen once we are underway!

Thanks,
Greg Lund

the prices are pretty comparable to ProFormance at Pacific Raceways to be honest possibly better. You drive a Cobalt SS there and its not on a dirt track. We get to drive our cars with dirtfish. Well not our personal cars but you know what I mean. I'm going to pee my pants I'm so excited!

Well I dropped by today to see what had happened since I last talked with them. What a difference a few months makes. Miss_Bitch (aka Jaimee) brought me up to date. Looks like it's going to be a great deal to have a rally school on par with O'Neil (one of O'Neil's instructors is now here). There is more on the horizon, but that is for them to tell you, not me. Looks like the grand opening will be around the end of September, I plan to be there.
