May I suggest making the OP more exciting, etc? Pictures and more details go a long way I think. Make a photoshop flyer like the RSD meet.

They should have food there and have people pay if they want it like 5 bucks or something. I would rather do that then bring my own.

Charging to get into a meet would kinda suck. We are just going to keep it how it is. thanks for the input tho.

Why don't the vendors correlate and decide who should bring what food. That way you will get a better turn out and it isn't such a burden on 1 single company to provide nourishment.

Business 101 tells us;

1. Free brings more people

2. More people equals more points of contact

3. More points of contact equates to greater business revenue

4. More revenue improves business and salary

5. More business and salary improves employee moral

6. Improved employee moral also improves quality of work

7. Improved quality of work brings return business and referrals

8. Returning business and referrals improve revenue.

9. See 4-8 and repeat.

I think you see the point. Tofu dogs, water and Veggie burgers at the least
