I think you have already answered my question, but will this fit an 08 Foz? Does it get in the way of the seats in the upright position? Much cutting of the plastic rear strut tower covers to fit it?

it will fit in a 08 foz. It does require cutting of the rear strut covers, but I'll throw in the covers I cut so you don't need to cut yours.

oops...other part of your question. No it doesn't hit the seats. It clears perfectly and it's the perfect addition to the back since it's nice and blingy.
