Default Hail Dents

I don't know if this is the right forum for this, but I was wondering if anyone has an idea of how much it will cost to get little hail dents fixed. I am thinking that it will require a paintless dent removal service, but I am wondering how much it will cost to get 25-30 little dime size dents popped out. It is not too noticeable until you get close, but I am anal an it is bothering me. Anyone had the removal done before? Ballpark of cost? Mostly driver's side and on the roof.

I didn't ask, i thought I would have to pay my COMP deductible, which was $1,000. And unfortunately I just switched insurance companies, so I don't know how it would be handled.

My car cost $3,900 and my wife's minivan ran $4,900. Some panels required repainting, but most of the damage was repaired by PDR. Every body panel on both vehicles had more than one ding BTW. Hoods, roofs, tops of doors, tops of quarter panels, rear liftgates, etc. No broken glass surprisingly.

Note that both of these were insurance claims, so I imagine a self-pay and/or cash deal could be negotiated for considerably less. Hail damage is a comprehensive claim, just to confirm your thinking.

$1000?! This is why I keep my deductibles low. My comp deductible is $250 for this reason. If I ever needed to get anything done there is no possible way I'd be able to pay something that high.

Yeah - I realized this now, hence why my new policy has much more reasonable deductibles. I never really thought of something like this happening, only counted on big accidents or something. Oh well, live and learn. Will likely get a quote and see what happens.

We had a big hail storm come through Denver a month or so ago, and they were size of grapes where I live. Everyone was running outside with blankets, or just standing on their porches scratching their heads.

That's the bad thing about hail, you never know it's coming and when it does you don't have time to react.

Needless to say, the area flooded with insurance adjustors after that...

look at my thread on hail repair
I did it myself, replaced hood, trunk and roof. paintless repair was not an option here.

If it is only around 25-30 dime size. It should be less than $1000
