Default engine rebuild

looking to buy a brand new short block that has upgraded internals (piston / rods).

has anyone had any experience with the following engines:


this one is apparently import image racing brand made by his local machine shop a guy named roy schachar in florida. anyone heard of him?

what about IIR , any had any experience?
can a mod move this 2.5 liter engine section
