Default GVA: Best place to buy shocks

I need to get new shocks for a 2005 wrx. Anyone have any recommendations? Something better than factory but not too expensive.

Thanks!

your best bet is to order from the states, get it shipped to TSB Shipping in Point Roberts, declare them at the border (pay tax).

that option would still be cheaper than ordering a set of aftermarket parts from anywhere within canada, let alone gva.

just to throw out some recommendations:

KYB GR2 (non-adjustable) - cheaper option
KYB AGX (adjustable)
Koni

some people might suggest getting coilovers - i wouldn't bother unless you're planning on shelling out a lot of money for a set of decent or nice coilovers.

omd, adjustable is a must! (for a nice grippy tight setup)

Check in with Jason at Dale's Alignment and Brakes

It's casual Fridays at Dales so... if you like the overall thing, go on Mon-Thurs.

.

Great way to support the local economy, jobs and shops.

Many local shops like Dale's and Rocket buy in volume to be competive with US pricing and have hopefully some support if you need to do a warranty claim.
