Default SRI intake help with beather lines

ok i have a 2009 2.5i building an sri and i need to figure out what to do with the 3 breather lines.

theres 1 off each head it appears that is just a hose from the heads to the intake torque box

then theres one off the block that goes to a sensor that plugged into the torque box

basically question is do i have to plug them back into the intake or and i "t" them together and use a breather filter.
or
Should i just use a breather filter on the one with the sensor and plug the other 2 from the heads?
